^ Capital FM actually HATE Drake. Out of all the singles he's released, the only ones they played were Find Your Love, Take Care (because of Rihanna) and now Hold On. Capital only plays dance music, so it's incredible that they're playing Drake now, but they probably won't play any of his future singles.

It hasn't increased THAT much. There wasn't a big difference between #5 and #2, and Ellie, Avicii, Klangkarussell etc. are dropping in sales each week, so it was only a matter of time.
The highest Drake can get in the official chart is probably #3. Next week Jason Derulo and 2 Chainz will probably be #1, with Katy at #2, hopefully Drake can keep #3 that week.
It's only because this year has been full of big dance songs in the UK. There biggest genre is pop, with R&B pop/Dance pop getting a look in too. HOWGH is like Urban pop, so that's why they've play listed it. Also, the tracks you listed were played since they've been the only 3 that have been hits for him here, and they have the biggest crossover appeal.
