It seems to hide avatars that are hosted on ATRL (avatars not shown on this page: Solutionz, TC, and mine). Seeing ATRL once hosted all of the avatars on this server, it could just be a code that needs to be updated. Maybe the code needs to disable avatars from appearing even if they are hosted on another server, such as imageshack or tinypic? It looks like it might be complicated...
Edit: Travis05 seemed to be an exception at first but I just realized he is only linking to an image from ATRL, rather than having ATRL host his avatar.
That setting hasn't worked correctly in ages. We allow people to use avatars from other websites like Photobucket, which isn't something vBulletin is designed to do, so it doesn't know how to "hide" those. Not much I can do about that.

is the only copy of the Privacy Statement that I could find prior to this one. Hopefully that link works, since google says that it is from March 7, 2009. If the link does not work, try searching for "privacy statement ATRL" and then clicking on Cached underneath the first result to see the last archived copy of the page (which would mean the "snapshot" was taken before the revision).
It seems there was an update concerning advertisements? I may be wrong but that seems to be the only thing different.
Basically Google is requiring us to make sure we something about advertising in our privacy policy. This is probably due to there new ads that are based on where you have been and what not, but if we want to continue to bring in ad revenue I had no choice.
Oh yeah, I should've said something here. I made a blog post last night; some comments are there.
I was going to wait and get proper feedback; I sent a message to Joe yesterday etc., but I can never wait around on stuff like this, even if I want to. I finish it and then put it up immediately. So there it is. Enjoy!
