Chrom will most likely be in.
K Dx3 and Meta Knight will be in.
Toadette will be in... after Daisy, Waluigi, and Toad are in.
I don't think Luigi will be going anywhere, mostly since Nintendo put so much emphasis on the character lately. I could possibly see them re-doing his move-set to include his Mansion abilities or something like that.
