I mean, she never said it on live TV but I wasn't aware that was a prerequisite for a white presidential candidate to say. You have people like Ben Carson condemn "Black Lives Matter" on Fox News but the focus is on how Hillary doesn't say it...

Alternatively she has talked about the issues they care about on national TV, that's more important than saying those three words. She intentionally avoided saying it and waited to see how it played out when others did. I mean let's be real, she heard the question and chose not to answer like everyone before her. Not saying she doesn't care about the issues, but she waited for the fall out.
