Was wondering the same. But with all the advanced technology we have I'm sure it can be done.
But you would think Oliver would have some sort of safeguard to protect himself against hackers, especially since he himself is a highly skilled hacker.
Scandal, the 9PM show got a 2.3 rating... It's still ABC's highest rating 10PM show I think.. Also, the 2nd/3rd 10PM show overall, but I think it deserves much more amazing ratings ugh

You've never heard the horror stories of people having their webcams hacked and people watching them get dressed? A lot of people put tape over their webcams so people won't be able to see anything if they're hacked. I currently have tape over my webcam. A couple of months ago, the light randomly came on and I thought I may have been hacked.

Yes, it is. Especially if you're connected to a public internet provider. Anyone who has Macbook has better luck on knowing if his/her webcam is being accessed because it triggers the green light besides it.
