Tell that to Broken-Hearted Girl, which charts better than any Britney single on the U.K. iTunes most of the time.
Britney's catalog sales are so freaking tragic for artist whose discography is, according to her stans, extremely iconic and remembered. And it won't get better given Britney's a flop on Spotify and audio streams are becoming the majority of single sales. Poor Brit, really.

Beyonce's been promoting her ass off this decade. Even her "no promo era" had the Super Bowl, the VMAs, the Grammys twice, multiple tv campaigns, countless remixes, etc. I'm glad for Bey that she's finally moving some units. Hopefully she'll be able to keep up if she can continue promoting and discounting and remixing till the end of this century

She will rot in a casino for the remainder of her LIFETIME CONSERVATORSHIP.

You do know the conservatorship covers less than a tenth of her finances and gives her legal immunity, right?

There's a reason she's not petitioning to leave it.
And am I supposed to be embarrassed that Britney's only sold as much, in her third decade, as the artist who once held the highest sales record for a digital single?
