If the lead single doesn't go #1 she will almost certainly pull a Rih/Ari and reroute the direction of the album, and given the high chance of her lead single flopping due to it being 1.5 years since her last single, I'd estimate a 2017 release is currently 43% likely.

Ya'll need to accept that age happens - and ya'll need to let her age. She's had her beauty era, but she let the light in, it caused sun damage, and now she's on the downhill slope.
But then again her last 3 chosen singles all bombed and her last TV appearance was basically her performing the worst song on a bad album in an award show she wouldn't even attend if she had the slightest self awareness so it can go both ways. It also doesn't help that she kinda feels like a complete hasbeen now so the lead single has to be fire
