17 are probaly the closest group to NCT Dream in terms of the whole boring softer image. Although I disagree, I've also seen people say Chewing Gum sounds like a Red Velvet song so maybe you'll like them too.

Some of my fave groups: Wonder Girls (general theme is "retro" - they've done 60s Motown, 70s, 80s inspired stuff as well as general dance-pop), f(x) (more-left-field-than-average pop), pre-2014 2NE1 (urban influenced electropop), Stellar (kinda difficult to name a recurring musical pattern, as a group their concepts and music videos are big on sexual imagery),T-ARA (electro/dance, also have other good stuff though) and 4Minute (similar to 2NE1).

Oh yeah, all my suggestions are girl groups, someone else would have to help with boy groups - they're not my cup of tea.

I don't get why so many people are saying that, it doesn't sound like any of RV's material.

Season 2 is their best album, it's a bit weird in that the tracks don't really stand out by themselves but they all bounce off each other on the album to create a surprisingly strong, cohesive piece. It's better listened to as a whole.

Evolution is their best mini, "BTD" - "Can U Smile" - "Hysterie" all back-to-back >>.

Luna's video about SMTOWN Tokyo was fantastic, it was so nice watching f(x) messing around as a whole and the added bonus of them stanning for "Dumb Dumb" was the cherry on top.

I've always been a fan of Luna but I have a brand new appreciation of her personality after Amber's video of her getting ready for her solo debut stage. Her english is adorable, and her chemistry with Amber is insane. I really want SM to look into making them an official subunit, or at least give them more focus as a duo.
