No... if the dogs can bite a human/they're master, someone who's supposed to keep them under CONTROL. Then they can bite the sheep, which is a giant NO, you can't have that. If the dogs attack the sheep it means they have to be put down. I grew up on a farm as a kid, so it ain't that weird to me. It's pretty sad, but it is what it is.
