It really is tbh. It's just taking its time. By the end of the week it will of snatched Jessie's wig and then adele would be decreasing as the brits hype would of fully worn off (but people still love the song though over here). So S&M will even end up at #2 or #3 this week in Official Charts on sunday.
The week after could be its week though, it all depends on if Gaga is really going to release the video next week.
