Really now? Because if you know the history of this scandal, you know it was directly derived from the Benghazi scandal - which is, undeniably, a disgusting GOP charade. She did say that. But she also said she turned over all of her emails the State Department required of her and she didn't have any other emails in her possession, that they were with her other aides.

The audit found she has bad record keeping skills and she didn't follow State Department law by not having her emails in her possession

Well if those officials are briefed on the investigation they have to know about it. I do trust them.

In any case while things point to her avoiding an indictment anything could happen because maybe a new development happened behind the scenes or is currently being followed through and we don't know it. Will just have to wait for a final word

What are you talking about? The States dept just said she violated the Federal Records Act. The GOP can't make her break laws, that's her on doing.

Actually, it really just stated that in the auditor's opinion, "sending emails from a personal account to other employees at their Department accounts is not an appropriate method of preserving any such emails that would constitute a federal record."

Which really is complete ******** since the very act of sending them on that system does preserve them.

They did NOT. They said that she broke their rules, which were implemented as a means of complying with the Federal Records Act. They did not state that she was not in compliance with that act or that she is or should be charged as such.

She broke the rules they implemented in order to be in accordance with the law. That means the FBI (state dept does not determine law breaking) will probably find that she broke them. Not to mention the Judicial Watch investigation to see if she intentionally tried to get around FOIA.

That does not mean she actually failed to comply with the law. I am well aware of who recommends indictment - an to whom they make their recommendations - so there's no need to point it out to me, but I'm glad you did because that shows you should know that since this has NOTHING to do with the FBI it is no indicative of their decision.
