The thing is, is that it is a lot easier for me to sit down and relax when I listen to The Fame Monster, however Born This Way always has me really tensed up. Besides that, The Fame Monster is a landmark pop event, it's both mainstream but different, both progressive but exciting, and it oozes confidence/success.
