Miley didn't finish her contract. Technically Bangerz should have been under hwr. She bought herself out of the contract. I don't think Demi is leaving. There is a reason she is getting a 4th single. It's because she resigned with them. Lol look at Selena she is leaving. So she got only 2 singles. If Demi were leaving neon lights would have never been released. They would have ended the era after her second single that flopped.

Selena wasn't on X-Factor/Glee and her tour was already finishing by time her second single peaked, so she didn't really need a third single like Demi did. Demi getting a fourth single would be the equivalent to Selena getting a third single in this era, assuming that happens I agree it would say a lot.

Like Cosmo said, that may not be how the contract works. It's very likely that HWR has (near) full control over the album, so if they want a 3rd and 4th single, they can indeed push a 3rd and 4th single. The contract only covers 4 albums, and even though I really don't know the content of the contract I doubt it also specifies only 2 singles per album.

I doubt this is true. Selena got 3 singles in one of her era too. So it's not 2 singles per era. All we know about the contract is 4 albums.

Why are they pushing this so hard. Unless people like this song and are requesting it (which I doubt looking at iTunes) they need to move onto something that could actually sell the album somewhat like two pieces or really don't care. This song is as forgettable as they come.
