I would like she had an Euro tour, even though it's short (UK, France, Italy) just so fans who want to see her live have a better chance to do so. I'm not too optimistic, but who knows, she might get a few small venues here and there, not impossible.
And about the 6th album, I don't really know what to expect, to be honest. Whenever and whatever she releases, I would like she don't go "back and forth" to studio and there are many delays, like happened with last two albums. If she has to add "fun songs for pop radio", I hope she does it soon and she doesn't make us wait for ages.

She may just do the Asia part of the tour and that's it and then take a little break for about a month or so, then start working on her next record and try to get new music out this year. She won't do herself any favors, if she stalls for another 2-4 years between the release of new music.
I really think doing anything else right now will be a waste of time/unnecessary for her career...
unless things can be turned around with her fifth record, like a forth single that will gain her new fans. But I really doubt a forth single would be a success.
However, the fifth album could rebound if EPIC/Avril reissue 'Avril Lavigne' as a kind of 'deluxe edition'. Perhaps a two disc set with the original 13 songs and some more new songs. Support this with a new single to radio and go hard on the promo front. Perhaps this would be a good idea, especially if she has strong songs leftover... if not... then she really needs to move onto recording new material for her sixth studio album.
Anyway, back to her 2014 tour - Can she really put on another 'world tour' that just regurgitates the same old setlist over and over again? How can she expect people to buy tickets to another black star tour with a couple of new songs thrown in.... I don't mean to sound negative but Avril really needs to up her game in this. I realise it's not all her fault the last couple of eras have not matched up to her first few years in the music industry and that the record labels have marketed her pretty badly. But, Avril can still reinvent herself, she is only 29.
So yeah to sum up, unless she changes her setlist for this tour, I don't see any point of her touring the whole 'world' - just the Asia tour will do
