You can tell Asslee is using payola. Look at her bullet and position compared to her audience impressions and the fact that pretty much everyone in her range has a higher audience impression. It doesn't jive.

Let me be the first to tell you that your speculations are quite off. Kanye isn't using payola and it's obvious since his spins and audience even out well together and he's under a label that has never been accused of payola from what I know.
