To a lot of people, what they know about Lady Gaga is what the radio plays and what news sources put out - this can be really detrimental to her image - you don't hear Judas and think, "Wow, what a singer." And then there is a whole other group who senselessly hate her because she is so mainstream and overexposed. So naturally their opinions of her are going to be unfounded until something like this comes a long. It had the exact effect as TEOG on Stern, but on a larger scale.
