I don't think it will. Even Glory is in the 70s. So it's expected for Gaga to at least score within the mid 70s. Especially considering the collaborations she was involved in. She claimed that PI isn't a true indicator of the album so anything can happen as far as sound/quality wise.

Yeah the critics have been nicer with the pop girls this year (except for Meghan
). All of them got better scores than they did with their previous albums:
Beyonce: From BEYONCE (85) to Lemonade (92)
Rihanna: From Unapologetic (61) to ANTI (73)
Ariana Grande: From My Everything (64) to Dangerous Woman (76)
Britney: From Britney Jean (50) to Glory (71)
Gaga: From ARTPOP (61) to Joanne (it will probably get at leat a 75 based on the people she's working)
