Oh, it's not supposed to be permanent. Like if you keep using it every two weeks hair growth is supposed to come to a standstill but it's such a pain to use and the lights burn out super fast.
Also you can't use it anyway. The thing is kinda racist and only works on light-skinned people with dark hair. White privilege strikes again.
