Is it bad that I'm having trouble enjoying her Luke songs now?
I once loved C'Mon and Supernatural but can no longer get myself to get life to them.
Same with songs a la Take It Off and what not, I just don't feel it anymore.
Animal, Love Into the Light, Past Lives, All That Matters, Out Alive, Backstabber, VIP, The Harold Song
I wish flipping them wouldn't botch up the animation so much, and I wish so ****ing much there was a site that could spin gifs... but falling in love with ezgif.com anyway right now.

I feel blessed for being able to enjoy those kind of songs from her anyway, but I can see how others might not.
The songs that imo clearly are her own are some of her best anyway. Animal, Past Lives, Last Goodbye, Your Love Is My Drug, Gold Trans Am, Cannibal and so many more... >>>
I felt bad for listening to her Luke songs and alot of Warrior, but they're still great songs, even though her songs that weren't produced/written by him are better
I'm also starting to listen to "Starvin'" without skipping it
Um I don't care if a song I like is produced by Luke, he's a good producer. He's a **** but he has a job to do and he does it well. Plus they're Kesha songs not Dr. Luke songs, don't let yourself not enjoy a song just because it has his name on it. For all we know Cirkut did most of the production on Warrior anyway.

This is true. I suppose I could revert to my Catholic upbringing for one short second and acknowledge the "hate the sin, not the sinner" proverb (?) thing. I need to not, not be able to listen to Warrior cause it's one of my fave albums.
Plus there's always like 2 other writers/producers other than Luke on all of his songs with Kesha. I liked the songs for Kesha's vocals and lyrics anyway, not the production.
I can understand why someone wouldn't want to, but I'm not going to let Luke win and stop me from listening to Kesha music.
I think Blame may be my favourite track so far though. I haven't heard C.U.B.A, Slow Acid or Outside enough, but I definitely think I like Blame more than Under Control and Summer, but those were bops too.
Ugh, I'm so excited for this record. IDK why y'all aren't feeling it. Much less generic than 18 Months.
Calvin was good circa 2007-2009. His first two albums are his best work. Unfortunately, most of ATRL hasn't heard his discography pre-WFL. You gotta at least hear some tracks if you haven't yet! They're pretty good.
And I'm glad she hasn't done anything with him for her next project (well, I don't think). Recording with Calvin these days is like how artists jumped to record with Dr. Luke in 2010. It's an "of the moment" and "trendy" thing to do.
