Question for suggestion: So..I'm not into series..but I LOOOVE "Ally McBeal"..and it's one of a few series of which I saw every season..along with "Family Guy".."Scrubs".."Queer as Folk" (but it's just ok)..and some "South Park"..I guess I'm kinda a comedy type..

http://tvbythenumbers.com/ and http://www.tvmediainsights.com/ are good sources for ratings numbers and interpretations beyond my own opinions here. I think I've been posting numbers since maybe 2008? So in theory you could search for a date in this thread to find a specific number/rating.

I never really watched Ally McBeal or Queer as Folk but for some comedies you could try Modern Family, Happy Endings, The Office (earlier seasons), How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Community, Parks & Recreation (1st season is weak compared to the rest), Cougar Town (which is by the creator of Scrubs, skip the 1st few episodes, they suck but it becomes a hilarious comedy), I could keep going haha
