I like the song too. But it'll make people angry for the same reason that Adele's success did. I don't think people enjoy it when their faves have to release dance-pop songs to get hits, and then other female artists have hits with songs like Someone Like You, etc, as it makes their fave look bad. Probably a similar effect if Girl on Fire became a hit, you'd get people starting to shade it, and calling it boring, etc.
