He probably edited out her recorded "I think" and just used the "maybe" from the next line. That could explain why he isn't listed as a writer but is listed as a producer, he probably edited that part and changed it around.

I doubt they'd bother remixing a song that already had another feature on it just to add some fake Kesha vocals.

OMG wait I just realised, this explains Wherever You Are then. Kesha obviously didn't want to sing the lyrics "electric warrior love", which is why it sounds so ****ed and weird and everyone hears different things, because Luke just edited Kesha's voice to make it sound like that's what she was saying. Coz WYA is an obvious one that Kesha didn't want to sing.

The Katy article is fake. It's just Australia's way of showing Katy who's boss (tall poppy syndrome) because she's touring here soon and currently has a Coles promotion to sell PRISM for half price. Eh.
Regardless, I won't be surprised, albeit a bit disappointed, if Katy doesn't come forth and acknowledge Kesha's claims. I don't see why Kesha would have any need to "reach out" to Katy though, since they haven't talked for so many years.
Doubt it, but it is most likely because she loves the song and Luke didn't touch it. It was probably the one song on Animal that she had 100% say over being on the record (and Luke probably didn't protest because it had "party" in the title, despite it being heavily rock-influenced, which Kesha really brings out in live performances).
