I'm saying that they should've given her more than 3 weeks for pre-order to build up, not to release it earlier. They're already releasing it too early. She doesn't need to promote in the UK at all in order to get a top ten single. All she needs is ~3 months of pre-order sales. The fact that people have been able to buy it on iTunes isn't good in the long term. If they had put it up on iTunes (for pre-order) when they released the music video worldwide, it would now have enough sales for a higher debut than Heart Attack (especially if they'd serviced it for airplay, which they still haven't done). They haven't given her time for it to increase on its own, because it can't do that without airplay, and even then it isn't common for songs to slowly build up as they do in the US. They debut high charged by pre-orders, and then they fall.
