Tbh, i just click the reroll button next to the PID. But, yeah really doesn't matter. I just edit my mons anyway & still am able to go online w/o any issues. Nvr been banned. Been using pkhex since 2015. But, if you want each mon to be different hit the reroll button & then on the last tab where your Trainer ID & Secret ID there's another one called Encryption or something like that, you can click that and the #'s will change. So every mon will be different. As long as the obvious stuff is correct like egg moves, level, etc, you'll be good. But you can do the former I suggested for piece of mind.
