Okay when does Marowak learn Shadow Bone/a fire move? I always play at night so it didn't evolve until right now. it's level 34, I think.
Shadow bone is level 27, flame wheel is 11. so you'll have to take him to the move tutor. He learns flare blitz at level 53 but if you don't have his hidden ability, rockhead you'll be hit with major recoil damage.

I think I just might teach it Flame Charge until it gets a better move bc its speed is trash
