She's suing all of Luke's companies that she has a contract with as well as 25 individuals who supposedly knew about a lot of the illegal business stuff and everything between Kesha and Luke and did nothing and allowed/facilitated it to happen.

It's other staff members that work within Luke's companies that she's suing. She doesn't know their names or positions or whatever yet which is why they're being referred to as DOES 1-25

Wow I've just read through the paperwork and it's really, really awful and is so horrifying to think that we've been running around caring about sales and smash hits when she is literally trapped in the most despicable of working environments. I would rather Kesha never release another song again and be free of the evil man that Dr Luke is than be forced to spend a second with him.
