Its a different side to her. I appreciate her dressing appropriately for the situation. Much more people will applaud her for refining her look instead of dressing for publicity on a holiday special.

Im not going to complain because she didnt dress up as a satellite to a Thanksgiving situation with the background being a moon.

Edit: The camera work is nothing phenomenal but the camerawork at all of the major awards show shes performed Marry the Night has not been anything spectacular either(spanning out during sections of choreography to just show the crowd)

Well I agree. I totally get that it's appropriate for a thanksgiving special and that it shows a different side to her...it's just that I'm not really interested in that side. It's the same as any other popstar who does this kind of show. I sort of hoped that she'd turn the idea of a thanksgiving special on its head, but it seems that she hasn't. It's just the same old thing that someone like Mariah or Taylor Swift would churn out.

No big deal though.

And I agree, the camerawork on the so-called professional shows that she performed MTN on recently has been *abysmal*.

I love the look! It's just the performance in itself aka the camerawork that is weird.
