Ok, I have had time to digest all of this and here are my thoughts:

Its clear that Luke has been abusing Kesha for years and years, however Kesha strikes me as the type of person who wouldnt want media attention for something like this so she tried to sort out her problems behind the scenes. When nothing was happening I think she got do desperate that she had to make this go public and file a lawsuit against Luke. As Luke said, it was clearly filed so that Kesha would be 'free' and even Kesha'a attorney said that, but I am really happy she is finally come out with all of this.
