I stalked through his Instagram and I found out that he's bisexual(he had a post that said," dear future bf/gf, I'll buy you food everyday" and a question that asked him," do you prefer clingy type of BF/gf?". I have him in my math class and biology, but I don't talk to him in math. In biology, I sit in front of him so that's my moment to talk. Since we just finished finals, we had a party. I brought some Doritos for the whole class and I specifically packed Alfredo for him(I usually pack lunch for him everyday ) I really want to get with him but idk, should I? And if so, how?? I'm the shy type and I want him to know that I kind of like him.

High School is annoying with the whole grade thing. Don't worry about that at all especially if you're only one grade apart
