Troy did so much more on the backend than Bobby could ever do, and on top of that managed to book her for every promotional slot available.

Bobby has made some good promo choices but has done virtually nothing on the backend other than the Bud Light partnership.

Yeah, he has been a great all around manager but he doesn't seem to have many connections in the music industry. Her entire successful "comeback" was in part because of him though (like the Oscars, Superbowl, Golden Globes, etc.)

If he just would put some more effort into finding ways to make her music a little biT more relevant or at least known to the GP that would be great, but I'm not complaining, it could be MUCH worse.

She's still booking the biggest promo spots & her album promo has been good and paced (just like C2C).

He just need to have better management for the singles, it's the only point where he is slacking imo.

Well. yeah, fortunately she still has enough respect + enough star power in her name and brand to not end up like Avril Lavigne or Kesha but Idk for how long she can go on like this with her music being pretty much irrelevant for the GP, radio ignoring her, them ignoring Spotify, iTunes being dead and etc.

I won't be surprised if in 5 years she will be a full time actress who releases some jazz and pop music occasionally

I wouldn't say her music is irrelevant to the GP. In fact it seems like Joanne is clicking moderately well with the GP, moreso than ARTPOP and even BTW I would say even (of course, sadly, she also had more hardcore fans during both of these eras that she lost along the way).

The big problem, I agree with Ramos, is the management of the singles and making her seem "cool" to the younger generation. People who stan for Fifth Harmony probably don't even know who Gaga is.
