Single: Demi Lovato - "Cool for the Summer"

I think top 20 is on lock for next week. She has a full week of streams (the first week) with the music video + she is selling a lot more now (almost top 10 combined on iTunes) + she is higher on Spotify as well and if the radio updates are good enough (not like yesterday's update tho) I don't see the problem. 
Looking at this... top 15 is even possible, right?

When is GMA (whether she performs or not)? And does she have anymore promo lined up after that? So close to the top 10!

I hate the fact that it has like only 7 more weeks to run its course before people drop it because it's not summer anymore. But then again the second single, imo, needs to be released before the album so CFTS has to die anyway.

I hope she releases single #2 before the VMAs AND performs that instead of CFTS. If she performs this on August 30th I'll be so damn disappointed at her new 'brilliant' team. They already ****ed this up by releasing it in July instead of May.

Guys, this could still do well in September. Both video and song have huge dark vibe. Yes, It has Summer on the title but this song is not about having fun in Summer. It's still perfect for the first part of the fall. I can't at ya'all thinking that people will suddenly drop this at midnight of September first.
Relax, please.
Plus she neeeds to perform CFTS at the VMA (in the case she is perforning) for a last push and an iconic performance. The second single will not even be out by then, while CFTS will problably be at its peak on the radio.

Why are Demi stans still complaining about her team idgi. Her new team is so smart, isn't this what we've always wanted? Just because the single didn't meet your expectations in terms of success yet, don't blame it on her team lol

You all are doing too much, Summer actually ends on September 23rd
It's true that she should have released it a couple of weeks before, but even with that, a lot of summer songs have smashed in winter or Autumn

!!! This song could very perform very well until even near the end of September. And if she's performing at the VMAs I would rather she perform this instead of some unknown song, that'll give her a chance to have a memorable moment with it.

The song is doing great! I would be top 20 next week! However I feel that Heart Attack was doing better!

Demi's team now is smart. Their goal is longevity not front-loaded peak. If you have noticed, the song is doing very well on streaming, and radio. It has also been stable in the top 15 of iTunes. In the past 4 eras, Demi was very front-loaded and can barely hold stability on sales. We need to trust them as they do magic and wonders for CFTS before summer ends and release her next single.

Just heard this on the radio for the first time (I don't listen to the radio much) and it is
