Yes. To begin with, the best 8 tracks on BTW are so much better than TFM. But even the album as a whole comes across as a more complete and coherent body of work.
Same with Judas and MTN now.
I don't care is BTW isn't super mega selling, it's still my favorite album of 2011 and MTN is still my 3rd favorite Gaga song ever

I agree with Darren. At first everyone was excited and everyone had that one favorite song that they would rant and rave about. However now it's just like uhhh this song isn't commercial enough I wish she'd go back to commercial music because commercial music got her commercially successful. I mean hell it's nice to see your artist being commercially successful, but I think some of us seriously need to get a grip. Like she's not forgotten, and people still love her.
But saying that is like saying Adele didn't deserve to sell 900k+ in one week because sales increase over Christmas It's a natural part of this market, and the sales still count.

BTW still have fillers in my opinion even if it has only the '8 best tracks'. Since TFM doesn't.... And I can't deny that BTW is more coherent and complete. But I can't see that having a relation with the quality...

The Fame had fillers and it's definitely one of her best selling albums. So that's not really an argument though
