no i know for a fact it is, it reminds of your love but intensely more meaningful and powerful; nicki knows better shes not going to sleep on "fly" cause she knows rihannas power and hers as well i know for a fact FLY will be released to all formats

Really, I want "Fly" to be released solo & to all formats, but I wouldn't be surprised if they released it with DIOE.

Doesn't mean "Fly" still wouldn't go to all formats eventually though. I think it's better to send it to Pop & Rhy 1st & wait to send it to Urban anyway since it takes less time to climb on Urban.
