The Proud Family was great. Only racists think it is bad or mediocre.
The show was racist in itself (heavily relying on typical 'black comedy' stereotypes). It's definitely an awful show especially when compared to Kim Possible (the superior animated show).
Disney Channel was at it's best RIGHT before it started with all those franchises (YES, I'm talking about CheeSHIT Girls, High School MusiSHIT etc, luv em, but it's true).
Not because ha tour is flopping but because by the time she'll be coming to my date the tickets will be super cheap and my broke ass might be able to get one, i'm coming Onika boo

The franchises was the peak best era wise. They truly made Disney feel like an EVENT. Even adults and the complete exact opposite of Disney were plagued with hearing about Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, etc in headlines constantly. Like everyone knew about everything Disney at the time. Everything was such an event, and so big. It was like Frozen, but 5 different times.
It turned trash once HSM ended / Camp Rock 2 happened / Cheetah Girls ended / Hannah Montana was on it's last legs and then they started trying to make ANYONE on Disney a recording artist (Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, they even had Cory rapping... ).
