I feel like Mariah, Whitney and Celine's videography and a big chunk of their discographies are severely lacking, though. Madonna and Janet did a much better job of making music videos and making their records feel more conceptual and less AC driven.

I feel like Katy's derk songs (Dark Horse, E.T.) don't have the same tick as Roar, Hot N Cold, Firework, California Gurls, Teenage Dream, any one of which I could unfortunately imagine hearing in 20 years.

Those 2 steps JLo has over Beyonce in dancing; Beyonce has 20 steps over JLo in actual singing.
Then when you factor she triumphs her even more with musical acclaim, impact, relevance, and in album sales, touring, etc. It's not really close.
