Hey, Blogosphere! I decided to start a blog to talk about my travels in the deep sea and share with you all what's going on, what I'm experiencing, what I'm thinking about and more. I'll also show you along my journey by providing pictures and other things. Hope you enjoy the ride!
So for the first blog, I hate to start out on a sad note, but I want to be truthful. I'm feeling pretty lousy and lonely already. My mom left me about a week ago and now I'm stuck by myself. I'm just surrounded by all these fish I don't know and I feel unsafe and insecure. Hopefully I can get through this and start living life solo.
Anyways, here's a little #selfie of me! Hope you're all doing well.

Miley Cyrus - Bottom of the Ocean Love this track a lot right now. It's so soothing and calm, really great to swim to.
See you all next time!
Fish Blog #2
Hello! I'm back with another daily blog about my life in the ocean.
Today has been pretty cool and crazy. This is only my second week alive and yet I feel more mature than most fish around me. As I watch around me, I see so many other species that just drift along aimlessly in a life full of wonder. I also see some that just eat everything in their path that's smaller than them, taking away these lives from the ones they feast on. It's so unfortunate that people go in that path. Meanwhile, I also realize that's a big part of what we are... we have to eat a lot so that we can keep our own existence. I try not to eat too much and just soak up the water so I can spare a few seamates, but I must admit that I feel sad when I sneak up to an unsuspecting child and devour them.
I've been very observant of so many things that it has been making my brain stronger. Instead of swimming out into the dangerous waters like last time, I sat back and spied in a field of seaweed, watching over everyone as they rushed through their day. Looked at how each species had similar characteristics with each other and which ones to watch out for. It was quite fascinating, actually. I wish my mom were here to teach me this, though... would've made these past two weeks a lot easier.
I also got to see the biggest fish of the town: the blue aquanarké. They're so huge that they take up so much space and most have to swim around them to move on. To my surprise as to seeing them was that they're actually pretty harmless, and they're possibly the nicest of the bunch. It was a pleasure to meet them, and I luckily got a selfie of me while a group was huddled around me. I was kind of scared in the moment, but fortunately it turned out alright.

Song of the moment:
Samuel E. Wright - Under the Sea I was swimming to this all day long. It's such a joyful song and really describes my surroundings.
I've already given the extension now, but y'all were supposed to send last night. I set the deadline as 9am Saturday just in case anyone wanted to submit in the morning
But if nobody else submits by 6pm, you'll be the winner. ha
