I was waiting for something like this! But I'm not sure which one to get, the standard or the deluxe. I mean, I plan on getting the Deluxe on iTunes and getting a Target Edition. So maybe I can get the signed copy of the Standard as it's my favorite cover of all?
Getting the standard signed cos I already ordered the deluxe. This is great cos it just gives me more reason to want to buy both the standard and deluxe!
But I'm not sure about the international orders. They may not count towards Billboard. But I may be wrong, since it's manufactured and signed by Mariah in the U.S. so it could count towards Billboard.
