nah, it's the pic they're using on all the stores with pre-orders (yesasia, ebay, etc) so I'm guessing it's legit. They wouldn't use something which came from an unofficial source.
I hope it doesn't actually turn out to be a jewel case though. The original Heartbreaker packaging was so good
