You guys begging for an immediate release are crazy. Yes, HA has peaked. However, it's still top 5 on pop and top ten overall in airplay. It hasn't even lost its bullet yet.
IMO, they should probably announce MITUSA in a week. Then send it for adds in 2 weeks, when HA is surely plummeting.
