Iggy is blacklisted now, that is why this bop didn't take off. From now on, whatever she puts out, no matter how good, will flop. She is the next Carly Rae Jepsen. If Iggy broke out in 2014 with a song other than fancy and released fancy now, it would flop. She did call out the radio station for not playing her song tho.

yeah I think her best bet is just focus on putting out great music and touring, sometimes letting the music speak for itself is all you can do.

I think the Fancy/Problem thing was pre-planned for that reason tbh. Actually, I would bet that they expected her to keep Black Widow's momentum going for a few more hits. They had her set to perform an arena tour, which was obviously very unrealistic especially if they didn't expect her to SMASH.

I feel bad for her, people did too much on her. I love this song.
