Depending on demand, many extra nights will be added to the same city and more cities will be announced. Europe is definitely her strongest touring market, but she usually adds more dates on the east coast USA and Canada. I'm confident Toronto will get a second night. She's also visiting some cities she's never headlined before.
The fact that she announced 2 legs with 60 dates is A LOT already. Loud Tour and Diamonds World Tour kept on adding new shows. Just wait...

I was already thinking of additional dates too, she's leaving her big markets open to it.
