It's better for Demi to push the single back in the UK. Releasing on impact is something that only the really big artists like Rihanna can pull of successfully. Look at Selena; she can't even crack the top 20 because she released on impact. Unless you're a big name, you need radio support.
Yeah I wish someone from her labels would clarify on this. Wouldn't it not perform well without those? But they can't really push back the release too far seeing as the title of the song has the word "summer" in it and it's already almost July.
