It's not a guarantee, but Truffle Butter could go top 10 with the music video, and Nicki and Drake always do great in streaming. I'd say #1 on rhythmic + urban and top 10 on pop is pretty much a guarantee though (see: Don't Tell 'Em).

With other rappers I would've agreed but Drake and Wayne are family. Nicki gets special treatment. Besides, Drake isn't really doing anything since he's recording his album and Wayne is also recording + being a bit busy with the lawsuit but I'm pretty sure both of them will find some time in their schedule to shoot a video.
