Wow I'm surprised that roar is doing so well, I heard it once and never looked back; to me it sounds bland as **** but damn is it selling. I honestly thought applause would do better than roar so this is all pretty surprising since I haven't been online since applause was released, however it's mostly due to roar doing so well and not cause applause is underperforming so it'll be cool to see what happens when the videos are released, performances performed, etcetc
In three days, the pop star has sold over 272,000 digital songs and is projected to hit 525,000 within the single's first week of release.
I just couldn't help but notice that Adele's Skyfall also had a three day period and I think it sold like 262k :O. So Skyfall if given a full week of sales would have also maybe hit 400k plus :O
