... what? KC triumphs beyond our, Canada, and Australia's borders. That's a "fact"; NOT "what I think."

I agree. I like pop music, but its been a majority of this year's countdowns. Time to mix it up a bit.
10. Lindsay Lohan - Confessions Of A Broken Heart
I've gotta say, I didn't care for the track at first until I saw the video. I still see this one getting VMAs; this is Lindsay's best; very well done.
09. Jesse McCartney - Beautiful Soul
I like this song, but I think he could've tooken a different route for the video. - (Even though it was OK...) To be honest, when I first heard this song, I thought Justin Timberlake was making a comeback. lol.
08. Fall Out Boy - Sugar, We're Goin Down
When I saw this video, I hated it, while others loved it. I liked the song, but just didn't like the deer/boy story, and assumed that it would only last under 5 days on the countdown. (I was wrong) Today, I prefer Dance Dance over this one.
07. Gwen Stefani - Hollaback Girl
Ahh.. the banana pep song. I like it, but wow, I didn't see nor predict that it would rack up so much success as it has.
06. 50 Cent & Olivia - Candy Shop
To be honest, I hate 50 Cent, but like his music. I liked his concept, but I would've used an actual candy "shop" or a factory, not a mansion as the setting. I was also suprised to see this video not retire from the countdown.
05. Simple Plan - Crazy
I have enjoyed SP's "Not getting any" alblum, its a good CD. This video was allright, but it could've been better. Out of all their video's they've done, "Untitled" would be my pick as the best video I've seen from them.
04. Kelly Clarkson - Since U Been Gone
I have nothing but love for this video. When I saw this one's world premiere back in Nov 04'; I fell in love with it instantly. KC is one of the best female artists I've heard in my 19 years of living on this earth. I was extremely suprised to see her take 2 VMAs for this one.
03. Eminem - When I'm Gone
I like this music video, its perfectly done. Eminem has come a long way to earn my respect. To be honest, I used to hate his guts outloud, but now in days, he's one of my favorite rappers. I hope he doesn't retire from the music industry.
02. Green Day - Boulevard Of Broken Dreams
This is one of the best music videos I've seen from this band. I thought the music went very well with the video. I was amazed to see them take the VMAs they did for this piece of art. Overall, Green Day is one of my all-time favorite bands. American Idiot has been great, and I think my copy is starting to get a little worn out. lol.
01. Mariah Carey - We Belong Together
Mariah is probably the best vocalists I've heard ever, and she, like Kelly C, is also a personal female solo artist favorite. "We Belong together" is a beautiful song that will be played at many weddings across the country. The video, in hand with "It's like that," was well done, with an ordinary love story told in 2 parts. I hope she takes home a couple of grammies for her lastest CD, The Emancipation Of Mimi. (Including Alblum of the Year)
