Basically, the rehearsal the jury watches. They have the final say on the last finalist. So the country with the 10th highest votes won't necessary go to the finale if the jury thinks another country deserve it more.
In 2008, Sweden came 12th place but the jury still put us through to the finale. Everything will be revealed after the finale.
Yeah, what Mikal said. The jury make a top 10 and depending on the public vote, this might come in handy.
Not that it will help much in the finale, but still!
