RELEASE DATE: 15 November 2010 BEST PART: The chorus + the bridge
Taylor Swift makes her final appearance on the list with a mellow track off her third album "Speak Now". This song showed maturity in Taylor's style and songwriting. Among all the songs from her album, this song is a standout for its very heartbreaking lyrics and its dramatic appeal. Sadly, Taylor failed to get the #1 spot for 2011.

RIHANNA
"MAN DOWN"
RELEASE DATE: 3 May 2011 BEST PART: The bridge with that crazy reggae accent that makes me sing out loud!
Shocking? Yes! When Rihanna decided to release "Man Down", I was like SERIOUSLY?! It's very far from the previous singles off "Loud". It doesn't have charm. But after listening to it repetitively, I finally appreciated the song and realized that it's awesome! The reggae feel of the song is infectious and Riri's accent is impressive. "Rum pa pa pum! Rum pa pa pum!"
