basically the best case scenario would be Hillary winning Michigan and/or Wisconsin (PA is too far out of reach even if their was massive voter fraud). that would lower Trump's lead enough that it would be possible for enough electors to abstain to cause him to go below 270
No. Mi already recounted and trump won. they won't do it again
Recounted when? Have they even finished counting the original votes? Recounts don't just happen unless candidates request them/the courts mandate them.
