Here we go with the last part of 2011's Best Singles.
Best ballad released this year as a single. The song is so simple - only consisting of piano and Adele'svvocals, but yet it's amazing. And the live version ***** on the original and I wish it had been included on the album.
Best Rap song released in 2011. Best song on Watch the Throne. The beat is amazing and the samples are great. The lyrics are good, too. I so badly need a video for it. I need it ASAP.
And now we reached the Top 3.
Adele's best song to date. It's just amazing. It totally deserves to be the biggest hit of 2011. The beat, the lyrics, the vocals, the harmonies, the video, everything **** so hard.
Second place is for Countdown. I loved it from the first listen and I still love it now. The song is perfect - there's nothing bad in it. I love the beat so much, even though it doesn't sound a typical Beyoncé's beat. And the vocals.
Before the Best Single of 2011 is revealed, let's see what was the best single of 2010.
It's such an amazing track. It's definitely one of the best Hip-Hop songs ever.
Now, I'm not afraid to reveal the best single of 2011.
Yeah, Love on Top is the best single of 2011. It ***** on every single released in the last 3 years. Everything about it is perfect - from the vocals, the key changes, the lyrics, the beat and to everything else. The song spent 3 weeks @ #1 on my personal countdown (this week it's #1, too), it spent all its weeks in the Top (15) and 14 weeks in the Top 5, it was ranked #1 on my Best of October and December list and #2 in the November one. ATRL loves it, too - It won the first edition of my personal survivor and won Song of the Year and Best R&B Song in my Year-End Awards. Everybody loves Love on Top.
The Top 5 Is:
5. Adele - Someone Like You
4. The Throne - N!ggas in Paris
3. Adele - Rolling in the Deep
2. Beyoncé - Countdown
1. Beyoncé - Love on Top
So, that's all for the Best Singles of 2011. Tomorrow the first portion of the Top 20 Music Videos will be revealed.
