All I know is that you should NOT buy the Extended Version. The version that you want is the version that is the first track on the Remix EP (the one with 5 tracks). That is the version that was originally in the first video that is not cut down at the beginning and end.

ICTY had a similar digital performance iirc. I remember always seeing that song in the #18-23 area on iTunes.
He hasn't performed it one time on television but ABC was using it to promo their new shows this season. He's had video from show performances that were covered by the urban blogs. In that respect it's doing great. Video still top 20 itunes. And yes, ICTY was in the #17-#20 range for a long time and went up and down when the various dance shows used it.
